Raise Time based Request on Slack
Give oncall automate access / Raise Time Based Request
Setup IAM Users and Teams within Pagerly. The oncall would automatically get access to AWS resources on the start of the oncall Access is automatically revoked at the end of oncall Manage users, current approved list, services within Slack itself.
Approve / Reject Request
Within Slack, you can approve and reject requests. See the approval reason.
Enable Break Glass workflow
In case of emergency, if the oncall/ any engineer wants to access resources without approval, you can setup BREAK GLASS process with proper audits You can maintain the list of users who can initiate break-glass.
