Slack-first by design

Schedules, escalations, and incident response all live in the Slack channels your team already uses. No separate console, no context-switching at 3am.

Questions

Opsgenie migration, answered

Does the one-click migration really transfer everything?

It brings across the things that matter most: users, on-call schedules and rotations, escalation policies, and routing rules. A few Opsgenie-specific configurations do not have a one-to-one equivalent anywhere and may need a quick review, so we run a parallel window with you to confirm every alert, escalation and acknowledgment behaves as expected before you cut over.

When is Opsgenie actually shutting down?

Atlassian ended Opsgenie sales on June 4, 2025 and set a hard end of life of April 5, 2027. After that date the platform, its integrations and its REST APIs stop working, and any data that has not been migrated is deleted. Feature development has already stopped, so waiting only adds risk.

How do I get my data out of Opsgenie?

Your users, schedules, routing rules and incident history are all exportable through the Opsgenie REST API. Pagerly reads that configuration during the one-click import so you do not have to rebuild anything by hand or wrangle spreadsheets.

What does Pagerly cost compared to Opsgenie?

Pagerly is $19 per team, plus just $4 for paging-only users who only need to receive alerts. Because you pay per team rather than per seat, and you are not forced into a wider suite, most teams save up to 75% versus what they paid for Opsgenie or the enterprise bundles Atlassian recommends.

Do we have to leave Slack to run on-call?

No. That is the point. Schedules, escalations and incident response all live in the Slack channels your team already uses, so there is no separate console to babysit and no context-switching in the middle of an incident.

Opsgenie is on the clock. Your migration does not have to be painful.

Move in one click, land in Slack, and cut your on-call bill by up to 75%.
